When for a cut and to add bangs. Lauren Echols completely destroyed my hair. Started cutting my shoulder length locks with clippers.... then dry cut with scissors, then wet it down to cut, then dried and cut more. She knew she messed it up because she NEVER faced me toward the mirror. Used a ton of hairspray to cover what was a horrible cut. When I got home I tried not to panic just hoping it was how it was styled. After showering and drying my hair, I begin bawling. What should have been a chin length cut was at the base of my skull. The underneath was shorter by INCHES than the outer portion of my hair. The sides we not the same length. I had to rush to an old stylist of mine. She did the best she could to even the mess out. When she looked at the back of my hair the outer layer was to the base of my skull but when lifting up a section the underneath was half way up my head. Lauren is a sweet girl and maybe had a bad day. But if your having that off of a day you shouldn't be cutting hair. I will never go back.
