What beautiful craftsmanship! Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped us get started on our house building adventure. After looking at 6 different manufacturers Heritage is the only one that offers quality workmanship and value for the cost. If you want mdf and contractor grade finishes, go with some of the others but you will pay just the same. If you want American made products and real wood cabinets designed specifically for your house, Heritage is the one to choose. We are excited to see what is next in the process.

Our experience was not great, they use area sales people who in our case will act as the GC who lined up the basement and other contractors to do the finishing. When Heritage brought the home it did not fit on the basement, the basement contractor ghosted and Heritage basically said "what do you want us to do about it?" After paying for someone to rectify the problem as much as possible we have always had a problem with Mice and Crickets each year. The patio door wasn't properly sealed and leaked into the wood floor and ruined it. I still gave them 3 stars as it wasn't all Heritages fault but they were not great at making our home building experience a good one. Will never do something like this again. (our home was purchased in 2005)

System Built Housing, I remain amazed at the quality level built into Heritage Homes! Inputs are controlled, jig assembly is consistently accurate, no rain, snow, wind to battle.
