One of my favorite fancier Huntsville restaurants. The cocktails (cotton gin and dynamite) were tart with a hint of sweetness. If I had to choose only one, it would be the dynamite. They have a pretty good bourbon selection as well. The food was fresh and hot. We order a ribeye, Brussels and scallops. The scallops were like butter. Melted in your mouth. Note they do not have cream brûlée (a staple) but they do have a great pasty chef from Las Vegas. The service is always on point. Highly recommend going here for a special evening. Make sure to make a reservation. If you cancel it’s a $25 fee fyi. Enjoy!

Nicely presented food that’s painfully overpriced and tastes equal to a beginner home cook’s first experiments in gourmet. I had a wide selection: Duck Confit, Korubuta Pork Belly, Tempura Ginger, Seafood Chowder, Wagyu Taco, Brûlée Pear, and Bread Pudding, and absolutely nothing impressed me enough to want to eat a second time. The confit was the best of the bunch, but didn’t come close to justifying its $35 price tag. I can go to Atlanta and have better for $15. The pork belly was probably the worst. Miserably dry and lacking flavor, at least it wasn’t chewy... If I can suggest the pork belly poppers at Frey’s Meats. Twice the meat, twice as good, and half the price. The deep fry on the ginger was perfect...but the ratio of fry to ginger was so bad that I barely even tasted the ginger, just bite after bite of breading. The chowder was actually rather tasty but nothing special compared to dozens of other chowders I’ve had in the $8-12 price range...except this one was $19. The $8 wagyu taco was hilariously small, maybe 1.5 bites if you are being generous. Absolutely nothing wrong with this, I understand paying for premium ingredients, but one should really let the customer know they are buying a single bite of food. The fruit on the bread pudding was excellent, but the bread pudding itself was lackluster. Finally the brûlée pear had promise, some bites were positively excellent, until in your next bite you got the burned sugar of an inexperienced cook who can’t control the temperature. I would absolutely not go again. A complete waste of money for dishes that I could easily cook better and far cheaper in my home kitchen.

Fantastic dinner! The food presentation and taste is exceptional but the service was the crown jewel. AJ was such a professional! He made wonderful recommendations, took care to alter my drink according to my preferences and was attentive throughout the entire meal! The ambiance of this restaurant is delightful. We had a great experience and we will be back.

Went here for my one year anniversary with my boyfriend. I got the Ahi Tuna Poke Tacos and he got the 16oz Steak. Our host was hilarious and friendly. The interior design is absolutely beautiful.

Hello! Thanks so much for thinking of us! We request that you note on your reservation, (there is a a special request section that you can add a note to), please advise that you would be needing a vegetarian/vegan meal during your visit. This would give the Chef time to create a perfect option for you. Your server will then address you table-side to let you know what is available. Hope to see you soon!
