Group Fitness Gyms seem to be opening up in Westchester and running outdoor classes for a month now. Even before the virus it was starting to decline but I miss working out here. Hoping it opens up soon.

Trainers are excellent and the facility is clean and has quality equipment. The TUFF classes are the best and can even be fun sometimes. You leave the class satisfied that you put in the work. For me, I seem to do better with someone leading me in the workouts and being part of a group.

I absolutely love this facility. I’ve been in gyms most of my life, never one like Transform Fitness. All the trainers are professional, and so inspiring to everyone that attends this gym, no matter what your age or size! They meet you where your at, settings goals not only physically but nutritionally as well! A big shout out to Lisa, for her expertise training!
