A bit odd feeling for a medical institution. Quality testing though.

Most unprofessional medical facility. I made an appointment for a TB test at 3pm. I got there around 2:45pm. I understand there being a delay after a scheduled appointment, but I was not taken back until 4:20 pm. That’s nearly an hour and a half wait time for a SCHEDULED appointment. Meanwhile I saw what seemed like walkins going back faster than me, a lot of people who also had appointments waiting for long periods of time, and there were even employees laughing and seeming to be enjoying themselves in the back instead of taking people back. I had to stress multiple times between 3:45 and when I was taken back at 4:20 that I had somewhere I really needed to be and was quite important which I ended up being late to. Not to mention they also set up for the wrong test at first, so I had to wait a bit longer for them to get the TB test instead. In conclusion, you’re probably better off just walking in instead of making an appointment.

Called for an appt day before, they got me in. Showed up for my X-ray! Staff were quick, easy, polite, and efficient! Big kudos to Sonia! & the kind lady at the front desk whom I didn’t catch her name. It was the best experience from an occupational health clinic I’ve experienced!! Was outta there in 20mins tops!
