Looking for best Realtor who always goes above and beyond—and makes you feel like your needs are her priority? I was so grateful to my cousin for referring, Amy Kalman. She was truly exceptional, and we were extremely fortunate to have her as our realtor. I was impressed with her from the moment I met her. She has extensive knowledge about the area and understands the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with her and we are so thankful we did. My husband and I are relocating from California to Florida. As housing was being snapped up, it was a challenging time looking for a home. She was always candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what she learned about us. I truly appreciated her input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, and it is crucial to keep those around that do. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but she is really focused on making sure we were satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Whether I was in town or out West, she was ALWAYS available, and her responsiveness was incredible. Her confidence and patience in finding us a home helped keep our anxiety low. She was extremely committed to making sure we found the perfect home. We wish we had her as our realtor when selling our house in California. When reviewing the closing documents, Amy identified that our Homeowner’s insurance policy was written incorrectly. She advised us to contact our insurance agent to rewrite the policy, which greatly reduced the cost of our policy. I would HIGHLY recommend Amy to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home and would not hesitate to contact her again if buying another home. I would trust her with my eyes closed and her attention to detail and level of time/dedication to us was outstanding. We felt like we were working with a friend rather than a real estate agent. We are eternally grateful for her assistance throughout the process.
