Why do my packages keep getting delivered to the wrong address? I've complained several times, and it has happened twice since the last complaint. The right address is on the package.

I have a package being shipped to me and I will need to reject it and return it to sender what number should i call once i get the tracking number

I was told to either reject delivery or contact UPS once i have the tracking number but i dont know and cant find a non local customer service number and I was wondering if there's like a main customer service center number
