I should have known by my first office visit with Dr. Fetouh that I wasn't quite sure of his professional conduct or competence and care of patients. He took two personal calls from his wife while I was sitting in the room with him waiting for my evaluation. Then on to the procedures which again I questioned his abilities as well as the staffs. As I lay there in my curtained area waiting for a procedure (back/spine/hip) injection. I heard him loud and clear cursing about he said, "she needed to lose weight anyway" (this patient had been fasting waiting on their procedure and was not happy. That's when Dr. Fetouh's comment was made about the patient and he was glad they left. He "didn't have time for their BS". He continued with profanity and disregard for his patients. I did file a complaint. However, I'm not sure if it was ever submitted. After my first procedure I decided to not have anesthesia any longer. I just wanted local. It was painful but I was no longer comfortable with his competence and the disrespectful comments and blatant disregard regarding his patients. And sure enough, I again heard comments that made me uncomfortable. I heard him once say while I was laying there having a spinal procedure, "Huh. I don't recall seeing that before". THAT? What that? Never received an answer. After my decidedly last visit his procedures left me with a 'drop foot' (diagnosed by another professional orthopedic surgeon) due to him cauterizing too close to a nerve. I totally regret having gone to him and had been told by family and friends several times to go to another physician. I should have listened. Yes, I now am under the care of a new professional pain management specialist.

Have only been here once but it was an awesome experience. They genuinely care about your well being and go above and beyond to help you out. Even if this means recommending service at a different location to save you the customer thousands of dollars. And yes, this really happened.

The lady on phone, was rude , and did not have the time of day, and I am a new patient ( was). If she is this rude now, I don’t want to be involved in anything that this place does, and the worst thing, I couldn’t answer her, because I have a stroke. Disrespectful! This place isn’t worth it!
