My review is regarding the service department and my visits on 9/12/22 and 10/3/22. I originally brought my Escape in because of what I thought was an oil leak. It turns out there was no oil leak, but Granger Motors did complete some recall work while my Escape was there. During my visit, the clock on my dash was broken (has only ticked 2 hours in 3 weeks), and my check engine light also came on. I noticed the engine light before leaving, and Brad diagnosed a P0113 code on it before I left (air temp sensor). He told me to schedule another appointment and they would not need to diagnose the code, because it was already obviously diagnosed. I brought my car back in today, and Brad wanted to charge me another $125 to diagnose it. We already know what the problem is (picture of Brad's note from the original visit attached), so why do we need to re-diagnose the problem? I understand not remembering a visit from 3 weeks prior, but why not make a note in your system that the issue was already diagnosed unless you're just trying to grab another $125 from me? Based on other reviews, this seems like common practice unfortunately. Now I'm driving around with a check engine light and a broken clock, neither of which I had before my first visit to this place... You have my phone number if you want to make this right.

Came here to purchase a vehicle a few months ago. At the time I was heavily pressured to take financing for a vehicle rather than pay cash(was not impressed). Beyond that, the sales experience seemed sufficient at the time. Vehicle just started having issues and called about having the vehicle serviced as per the service contract. The earliest they are willing to take a look is atleast two weeks out. Reading through the service contract, it states that in the event of an actual or potential break down I must take all caution to not make it worse so in turn I am now without a vehicle until they take a look at it. I also remember them telling me that this service contract was good at any Mopar mechanic and reading into the contract more thoroughly, this is not true due to the contract stating I must take the vehicle back to the seller for service.
