We were heading on vacation, driving near Traveler's Rest when our older van starting having difficulties. We were lucky to find TR Auto Repair where they figured out and fixed the problem quickly. Very professional and kind to fit us in knowing we were traveling.

I usually have a great experience with them fixing my cars. "They've fixed several cars for me" This last time I dropped a car off I asked them to reinstall the entire AC system. "Previous owner had removed it all" I had all the new parts in the trunk and boxed in the back seat. "Older odd car they couldn't find parts for. So I located all the needed parts." The mechanic assigned to my car apparently didn't look through all the boxes or the trunk. He said parts and brackets were missing and he couldn't do the work. I took the car home and verified all needed parts were in the boxes or in the trunk. I'm going to install it all myself this fall and have them vacuum and charge the AC system. Other than this one bad experience, I've had good luck using them.

Great service. Needed a repair to diagnose and repair electrical system and they were able to identify the root cause and repair quickly! Josh was very responsive and courteous and reasonably priced. would 100% recommend!

John and the guys at TR Auto are outstanding! Great service, quality work and very reasonable on pricing as I've had several different brands of cars in their shop at one time or another. Very friendly and upfront about the problem/issue and what it'll take to get it handled. Also timely on their work and prompt when they give you an estimate of when it can be completed. Don't hesitate on taking your vehicle into TR - you will be very satisfied! Thank you guys for having a quality service facility right here in TR.
