My husband and I have been Poinsett customers for years and find everyone to be very honest, friendly, hard working and helpful. I am sure it is difficult to please every customer all the time, but compared to other auction companies we have dealt with, these folks get the job done. Steve, Randy, Stacy and the whole Poinsett crew run a good business and we know we can always bid on items with confidence. Kudos to these guys!

I wouldn't have these guys auction my items off. On July 26th they were auctioning off items from a store that closed. The auction ended at 9pm EST at night. They then require you to be there the next day to pick the items up for big lots. Most auctioneers give 2 or 3 days, or even a week, which encourages buyers from further way to bid. How would someone from any distance away bid on something at 9PM at night and then be there the next morning. As a result of their pick up the next day policy, entire rows of new engine parts worth tens of thousands of dollars went for between 20 to 150 dollars. I'd be infuriated with what some of the things went for if I was the person that hired these clowns.

Where’s zero star rating? SMART MOUTH “candy randy” . Shady dealing ! They’re not truthful about descriptions . They lie about blemishes & damages on items. Disrespect management. Don’t bother with this punk.

I have been bidding with Poinsette for many years as a dealer. I have yet been disappointed in any of my purchases. They are also extremely accommodating, curious and professional. I can contest to this as I buy from 6 different auction houses and Poinsette is by far the BEST.
