This place is a scam and a waste of time. They ask you to fill out a bunch of paperwork and then they never do anything for you after that. It is rare that they will even call you back or respond to your emails. You are better off finding a job on your own because they really won't do much to help you. The other negative reviews you see online are accurate. They don't have any special resources or connections to find you a job. They do have access to funding for training programs, but they are not going to finance any training that would actually be useful to you. This place just collects government funding and kickbacks without helping the people actually need these resources.

Reba is very unprofessional, she manipulate situations over the phone, she never answers the mobile phone provided by Mantrocon only how you can get in contact with her is by calling into the office. She’s very rude and I don’t recommend her to help with any assistance for the work program! I have emails that she has never replied too and she’s making it seem as if she’s been the one trying to get in contact to do a follow up.
