We plan to rent a condo for a week in mid May. Are there bathroom facilities near the pool or inside near the lobby or on the first floor? Or do you have to go to your condo if you have to use the bathroom while at the beach or pool?

There are some available for purchase...at varying times. Check the different realty companies in the area.
yes...you can take your own stuff... the beach rental places are out at 9 and pick up around 6. and they cost $35/chair. some condo owners have beach stuff you can borrow. have fun. it's great there!!!!
