Went to upgrade my son & daughter phones to the iPhone Pro & Pro Max. My daughter was getting the Pro Max & my son the Pro. The guy asked for their numbers several times & asked them each individually which phone they wanted. He completed the pre-order. I get the notification that one of the phones is on the way. Long story short it comes open it up & it's the Pro (for my son) BUT it's has my daughter's number connected to it. 🤦♀️ I call the store speak a female she says oh bring it in we can switch it no problem. My daughter takes it to the store & some guys tells her no they can't do it will disconnect her number & she has to wait till her Pro Max is shipped & they bring both phones to the store at the same time. 🙄🤦♀️ This did not have to happen had the first guy been paying attention to what he was doing. I'm so annoyed 😒‼️
