We were in a difficult spot and needed a place for our father very quickly. Chandler Abrams, Theresa Baynes and staff (especially medication aide Lafeast) were extremely helpful with so many details and problems we faced. We are very thankful and satisfied so far.

So mom was in grand Strand hospital for two weeks and they felt that she needed physical therapy. The caseworker showed us online the physical rehab facility in Myrtle Beach Manor nowhere on that did it ever say that the wing that they have in Myrtle Beach Manor patients for physical therapy was memory care they showed the new facility as open and ready to go so when mom got there what a surprise facility was dirty poorly run and lies after lies after lies we were told it would open on Monday which was Presidents’ Day, this part of the facility it is still is not open! lastly no help to get my mother from facility because we did not feel safe with my mother in there to her car my sister trying to hold my mother an open door because there was no wheelchair offered or walker and then mom took a fall and she ended up back into the hospital truthfully a terrible situation. Myrtle Beach Manor was not only disgusting poorly run and full of lies but should be held liable for all the injuries my mom receive trying to get the hell out of there.

Old building but it has some great loving hard working people that works there. The new company is remodeling the building and it's looking great in the inside and outside!!

Do not even consider letting a loved one live here. Staff does not care. Food is not edible. Rouches everywhere. Physical therapy useless. Health advisors non excitant. Cleaning staff does the least possible work.
