Great property, super clean with a nice deck and table overlooking the pool a short walk to the beach with a nice canal next to it to get crabs which is one of are kids favorite. Loved all the extra sea touches and that it had plenty of room for all just would have like a tv in the second bedroom for my inlaws but otherwise it was perfect in everyway, would stay here again

A great vacation despite some challenges. Communications with Surfside was sufficient but I would have been more comfortable with a bit more. I felt at times I was prodding for information in the weeks leading up to our vacation week. Especially when reserving so many months in advance. A periodic update/ reminder email would have been appreciated just to know you’re still on their radar. The rental itself, New Ebb Tide A, was nice but by no means jaw dropping as rentals go. Could have used some maintenance and TLC as there were a number of things needing attention-I.e. loose fixtures on the bathroom sinks, missing hardware on doors and cabinets, pool size was deceiving(the pics made it look much bigger), sheets/bedding from the linen company didn’t fit properly, instructions for operating things in the house not detailed enough, dryer making some scary noises when we used it. But hey, it’s a rental. What made up for all of it was the location and the layout. Both great for our crew and made all the other stuff easily bearable for the week. We’d go back again to the house but wouldn’t be committed to doing the same with the rental company.

We had a nice time. The condo was okay. We paid for a pool that we only use for 3 day because it was down for repair the other 3 days.

Hi Ed - You can cancel your reservation and get refunded 80% if the property rebooks for that time. Give our office a call at 800-833-8231 and one of our agents can walk you through next steps.
You have to decline any additional trip insurance when you sign the paperwork with your deposit. Same with the linen fee. I bring my own linens and don't get charged the $120 fee
When you rent from them, the condos have full kitchens with all cookware, plates, cups, flatware, etc. You will need to bring detergents, shampoo, towels for beach and pool and bathing if you decline the linen package.
Yes they do between Oct through March only. Winter rentals department
