Riverside Ford has about the best customer service I'd say I've ever recieved. They completed my recall issues on time with my appointment. The above maintenance was estimated to take about 2-3 hours due to workload/manning in the shop. As the repair would be delayed, and since I live within a mile of the shop, Jake in customer service offered to take me back to my house so I could continue with my day while I waited for my vehicle to be repaired. They took the basic level of service one would expect from a shop and stacked more on top to the point it seemed almost rude to accept the offer. Great shop and staff. I look forward to doing business with them again as needed.
