There handicapped accessible rooms are not accessible. No roll in shower, they put a few bars in and called it accessible. The room is clean if old. It needs to be updated. They do have, however the USB cords where you can plug in your phones. The man who traveled with us had a much bigger, nicer room. I am not sure why that is. You would think they would be the same with only bars added to the bathroom. I have 1 star because of the lack of accessibility.

Just checked in & love the place, owner has pleasant attitude, room is spacious with great TV & AC, gonna sleep great in this bed. It's not a really big red roof, has the perfect amount of rooms. Property is well maintained also

Positive: it had a smoke-free, 2 queen-sized bed spacious room for a very affordable price. would definitely recommend! Negative: i just wish the walls were soundproof just in case you're next to a room with kids. other than that, my overall experience was pleasant.

I gave them a second chance. I won't be back. Your room may be non smoking but they placed cigarette butt/ash containers in the main walkways. So you have to walk through the smoking to go from room to automobile. The door card stops working daily. If you have an address in the same town, you have to put up a $100 cash deposit unless you book through them, using a credit card. To get that deposit back, the room has to be inspected before you leave. If you leave early morning, you will have to wake the staff up and wait for them to come down. It's too much. I will stay at other Red Roof Inns. I haven't had problems at any others. I like that they allow dogs to stay free. But Crossville Red Roof Inn is off of my list of stays.
