This was a vehicle that Budget tried to rent my family? Waiting for another vehicle was time consuming as they had none. We did get out of the terminal abt 2 hours after landing.

Myrtle Beach Budget was the most disorganized, inefficient, slow and confused car rental place I’ve ever seen. And the cars are not clean. This is the 2nd time in 6 weeks I’ve rented from them and have had this same experience both times. I will NEVER rent from them again. To make it worse, now I’m trying to reach lost and found and their direct number for lost and found keeps kicking me out and back to the main menu. The Budget lost and found section online does not even list the Myrtle Beach location as an option so it told me to call this location direct. And it’s not working. It’s terrible-Just like their counter agents. Terrible experience from start to finish.

Line was soooooooooo long.... and the car we were given, the passenger seat is literally on the floor. My back is killing me from getting in and out. 😫😫😫😫

Budget had no idea what was going on during hurricane conditions and managed to make a stressful day much worse. Seek other more reliable and trustworthy rental companies in the future and avoid this one.

Yes, they do, but.....it will take longer to conduct the rental transaction because with a debit card they have to do a credit check and hold a larger deposit on the card. So they prefer if you use a credit card. In fact, they strongly encourage it.
Yes, there is a drop box to leave keys if you come during closed hours. However they will charge extra if you drop off the car past your scheduled return time even if they are closed.
I got a discount thru AARP. The rental was for 6 days, the price was all inclusive. The prices vary, the sooner you book the better the rate. We rented a mid sized suv. Easy pickup and return. Check out their Web site for a quote.

From baggage claim it is a max 5 minute walk
I was there last week and I walked in and was out in about 10 minutes. Returning the vehicle was just as fast and they were very courteous. Enjoy your trip, Myrtle is beautiful!
