Service department destroyed my brand new $73k Lincoln Aviator with only 16 miles and issue is still not fixed. Service manager nor general manager will return my call. I was forced to get Lincoln corporate involved to try and get a resolution. If I could give a negative 0, I would feel guilty giving that high of a rating. Service after the sale, or the lack thereof, will ensure I never purchase from this dealership again. If you find something you like on the lot…. Look for it someplace else. Oh, by the way, watch out for the “greedy dealer fee” as high as $20k on some vehicles… ‘nuff said.
