My appointment was 18:00. I was given a door at 20:00.I have been at my door with a green light now for one hour and forty minutes .I asked some dock workers about the hold up..the one assigned to load my truck told me he would have loaded before 1:00 !!???????????W.T.F

I arrived the day before my delivery and was treated as well as I have ever been treated before. From Peter the security guy to Morgan in the Receiving office, top notch pleasant and efficient. I would not hesitate to accept a future load to or from this location... Thank you for your above and beyond attitude. ✔️🤠😎👍

5 hours to load 20 pallets. Sheesh lol. People there were nice though. Same as any other US cold storage.
