The website literally said dine-in, drive thru and curbside pick up … yet I drive 25 minutes here so I can sit down and work and there’s a sign saying drive thru only … this was a complete waste of gas. Misleading website and no service … thanks.

Always 5-star service! I'm not a "Bucky" so I need patience when I visit. The gentlemen working tonight were AWESOME! They took the time to explain different drinks and I was exceptionally pleased with my purchase. My sister was on the phone with me, even she was impressed by the level of care and customer service I received. Keep up the great work guys!

Stopped here to get my North Carolina Been There Mugs that I collect. This is a very nice Starbucks. Lots of seating, clean bathrooms, and lots of people working to help you. We bought a Carmel Ribbon Crunch in addition to the mug and it was delicious as well. I love all the positive notes on the wall as well as the rainbow pride flags near the counter.

When I arrived, there was a cashier who did not even ask or wanted to take my order. She just stood there making complaints until another cashier came over and took my order. Terrible service. Waited over 25 minutes just for one drink. There was a lady in the store who waited much longer and was there before me. She looked very upset. When a coworker asked why they did not make our drinks, she just made excuses. Will never come back to this store.
