The customer service started off great. Covid hit and the delay of sofa I ordered was delayed a month beyond what I was promised. The delivery of sofa was the best experience, by the 2 men who brought it. But upon delivery, I noticed what appeared to be paint splashed on a very expensive sofa. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. All I wanted for my new house was the perfect sofa to relax on after a long day. Back to the waiting game on my perfect sofa.

No they do not.

I was told when I bought my Hancock and Moore leather sofa that it had a lifetime warranty. It needs to be recovered as the leather has wore out?
