Was due to have procedure..was never told they cancelled it..claimed it wasn't approved by insurance and yet when I called it was approved and I sent them a copy from my patient portal saying it was approved..never told me they canceled it and I missed work for no reason...they did this two weeks in a row. I will find an office that cares about my health

I have been a patient at Fayetteville Heart Center for many years, and have never had an issue with a physician, a PA, or any medical assistant. Everyone has always been more than accommodating, from scheduling appointments to the actual visits. I absolutely recommend this office.
