This place is horrible staff is rude and disrespectful, I witnessed a lady drain a man blood in the plasma bottle the man lost his blood and today I was left unwrapped and my blood pour all over my clothes and chair. Front desk was rude and everyone blamed me because they failed to wrap my arm up after removing the needle, them lied about the Manager identity!! Save your money budget keep your self respect so u don't go through this!! Please!!! Stay away from this place!! Also staff smiled at me during my incident!! I felt like demons work there mostly 👹🔥I not donating anymore any where!!

Been regular donor for some time with some difficult veins. Have excellent staff that has gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm taken care of. They have relieved my stress I made sure that I didn't have a blow up or bruising. Phlebotomist are absolutely compassionate and come highly recommended by the nurses. They have made me feel a lot more confident about coming back and being able to donate after years of difficult sticks. Management has always been easy to talk to and the screeners pleasant and reassuring. Tonight's crew Courtney, Carolyn and Thomas rocked it.

Yes you would be a new Donor @ 6 months. Source: Physician Substitute @ Octapharma.
The VA Beach center no longer blood types the plasma as they've moved into the new system. So your blood type is not in your donor information.
Not understaffed..... Too many people coming it at the same time.. Call ahead and see when it's busy and when it's not.. The staff will be happy to answer any questions
It's 25 and then 50$ per week
Yeah after not donating for I think 6 months you're considered a "new donor" in the system.
Nope
Last I heard, 7-10 days
730pm they are trying to close so they are not there all night but they can only move so quickly when they are divided into sections and maybe shorthanded on people sticking
Now 100 first 10 donations, for new donors.
Yes they are open.
Depends on your weight. If you call they will tell you
Typically yes, unless you have flu symptoms after the fact. They do ask during the questionnaire if you've had a flu shot in the last 2 months, just be honest when answering and if you feel ill, stay home.
Yes normal hours
18 to 66 years old
Possibly. They might just need you to have your file transferred over unless it's been over 6 months
