I called at 9:30 am and they had my car in the shop by 12:00 same day!! Upon seeing my car needed more work then expected the manager went over different options I could choose from and completed all the work by closing SAME DAY! I highly recommend this shop! Absolute pleasure to work with and even unexpected repairs were done fast! I’ll be back!

Got my car serviced, employees helpful. 4 stars though because the rep said they don't report to Carmax. Rep honestly didn't look sure though.. I wanted my servicing on record in case I want to sell my car one day. That way I can get the price I'm asking & have proof it's been well cared for & in good condition. I'd recommend this place though. Also the one on mall blvd.

Kayla was AMAZINGGGGG! Not only did she explain the process she made sure that I was well taken care of. I came in and I was very nervous since it's my first time and my first car. But she made sure I was comfortable and she eased my anxiety. She's a very good asset to the team. I will DEFINITELY be back. This is now my favorite shop and Kayla is my FAVORITE associate.
