HTI is hands down one of the best staffing agencies I've ever had the pleasure of working for. Their staff really go to bat for you with potential employers and they are great about putting you to work right away. If you're looking for work in manufacturing in the area and aren't sure which of the many staffing agencies to use, go with HTI. Highly don't recommend. Went through this agency, caught COVID-19 AT THE job they sent me to. I sent proof, followed the cdc guidelines as instructed by Kent. I did EVERYTHING I WAS TOLD. I have all the texts. I got ONE missed phone call and ONE voice-mail left by Max. I returned his call on Wed. He called Friday. I busy trying to breathe and not die ect. But after doing everything Kent told me, I still got fired. This agency won't help you.

Their pretty fair but i have misdemeanors. They hired me the day after my probation was over, i guess it would depend on how you present yourself and the type of felony.
