they do not carry parts but they install and repair have to call them get vm then they give you cell number. I took 1 scooter 1 motorcycle there last week fast turnaround motorcycle ready same day scooter the next ready to ride

Go talk to them about your issue and see what you think, I dropped my VTX 1300 off but it jad been sitting outside so issues just kept popping up
