Grace is absolutely one of the sweetest souls! I confidently walked in 15 minutes before they opened because I wasn’t paying attention but she served me anyway and didn’t let me feel bad about it. If I loved SK before, I love it even more with her there 😋

The Ramsey Street location is the only SK I will go to from know on. I paid for a 40 oz Gladiator. I asked to have all of the smoothie contents I paid for so they tell me I have to pay for an extra cup. So I did. I get to the counter and there is my smoothie with an empty cup next to it. I ask where is the rest of the smoothie that I paid for? And with a straight face the manager says “if we give you the rest of the smoothie in the extra cup we will have to charge you for another smoothie…” So you are going to charge me twice for the contents of the blender that I already paid for??? And you throw it away?! Who is training these people? That’s theft! I will be contacting cooperate because they need to know what is happening in this Skibo Branch. Unsatisfactory (The one star is for the incident, not the smoothie. It was delicious.)
