Used to be my go to place for the past year, but I think they changed ownership as the staff is mostly new and the food quality has gone down as a result (lots of gristle from improperly trimmed steak, stale tacos, and questionably sour salsa). This is a huge departure from the level of quality they used to deliver. Hopefully the new crew will improve as they learn.

First when we arrived our table was super sticky. I do love the colorful decor and the kind wait staff but some tables are hazardous under the table. Ours had a open outlet where a small child could get shocked. My husband ordered our food. I cant have sugary drinks and wanted water. They told him they dont have “water” to drink. When our food came some food looked decent. My food was nasty. I ordered enchiladas and mine were NOT enchiladas. They were tortillas with a few pieces of chicken grit and watery sauce. They were cold. Waste of money and time. Definitely not a nice place to bring your family to eat, especially being in Garner/Raleigh with many other Mexican Restaurants to choose from with better food.

OK so I am a tough critic I feel, and these one up El Toros tacos.. flavorful and fat tacos. Had to go here when El Toro was moving to the new location and I feel like that was a mistake on their part. Definitely prefer these tacos any day! The server there, a lady in her 40s Id say is such a kind soul too! New customers you have gained Don Betos! Buen Provecho!
