I lived here for two years. They really went above and beyond to make you feel at home. The staff at the office were all friendly and courteous, and whenever we had issues, they were prompt about maintenance. My only complaint would be the surrounding neighborhood around the apartments isn't really the best. But, since Westgate is a gated community, and I always felt safe and comfortable on the apartment properties. The price is very reasonable, and it's a short drive to a lot of shopping. I'd definitely recommend living here, it's been a good place to call home.

We have drainage problem in our kitchen and the staff fix it so quickly, and explained to us what cause a problem, great staff great and responsive

This was a great first apartment! My fiancé and I lived here for 2 years in a one bedroom. Every single problem our apartment had maintenence was right on top of it. The staff were all super friendly and anytime we needed help they were right there to help us. We are moving because we need a bigger apartment but we are super thankful for everything this place had to offer 😊

Horrible experience. Booked a showing for a home a week in advance. Waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time and NO ONE showed up. Called the leasing agency only to find out someone else had applied for the house and we’re most likely going to get it. They would have never contacted me and just left me sitting outside their property had I not called. Do not lease with this agency.
