I needed a special piece of equipment for a job and they were very helpful and courtesy. Since it was short notice they didn't have anything I could use. They even called other businesses for me. No one had the equipment. They kept me in mind and called me on Monday morning saying they were, at the moment, picking one up. I rented it and it was in site the next day.
