I'm and artist so I buy my frames, glicee printing and canvass printing here. They do a good job. Plus there's art on the walls a gallery of artist. I bought a few paintings from him too. A nice place to go.

I brought a professional photographer's (a personal friend) photo print of hummingbirds for a small matted frame. it was an anniversary gift that I needed before a scheduled flight. It was ready on time and presented the picture perfectly. Oh yes, and they respect and honor Veterans with a 10% discount!

We have had quite a few things framed at Art & Frame. All have come out even better than expected. What a great local business!!

We didn't have a great experience for several reasons as outlined below: 1.) The picture I had framed was not ready/done on the original timeframe as given by the store 2.) Upon completion of the job and during inspection of the framed photograph, I noticed that there was dirt stuck between the glass and the picture & surrounding mat that was not on the photograph at drop off (I have photographic evidence to support this). When I pointed the dirt out to the employee (who I believe was the owner), he gave me a questioning look and with and attitude told me he would fix it, but that I would have to come back in two days. Considering I live over 30 minutes away, and there was no-one else in the store, I interpreted this offer of coming back in two days as a bit inconsiderate given he could have easily taken the back off and brushed out the dirt during our encounter. Thus I did suggest this, and he complied, though he did so begrudgingly, with an attitude the entire time as he tore off the back and was brushing off the dirt. I think he could have helped facilitate the cleaning of the entrapped dirt in a much more respectful manner (without anger, eye rolling, scowling, or scoffing). 3.) The corners of the frame are not flush and do not form exact 90 degree angles. Overall, my assessment is that if a customer is spending >$100 on a frame, the least one could do is stick to the given timeframe, not inconvenience the customer, be respectful, and provide a good quality product. All of these aspects were lacking (which was surprising given the numerous positive reviews online).
