The Binders that we currently know was not in opperation during that time as it was purchased in 1958, however it is possible that it was in operation before by the original owners here in Atlanta.
Binders as we know it today was purhcased from the original owners in 1958. Before then it was a small gift and frame shop. The name Binders was the last name of the original owners.
