Everything was great until Mrs. Teresa stopped working here. New manager was never at the office & if you leave a message she does not return calls. We had 2 months left until lease was up & no no one would get back with us regarding this. When 30 days were left, there was a form on my door asking me to renew our lease. We declined since we already had a home to move into. We were told we would do a walk through of the house prior to leaving but no one ever got back with us to schedule this (we contacted her multiple times and did not hear back). We left without getting a proper walk through. She never returned our call regarding our deposit. We received a letter months later saying we wouldn't get our deposit back plus $600+ bill for new carpet and paint. The unit was left spotless. We ask to meet with her discuss bc there was not any damage to the carpet but no call was ever returned. We waited so long the balance was moved to a creditor, when we reached out to pay it the bill was actually only $400. A previous tenant there told me she was billed more then what the bill actually was when she moved out too. It seems Glen Lake likes to profit by screwing people over. Also, if you move into APT 204 you'll have to deal with an old lady that complains about you walking around your complex at 1pm in the afternoon.

I moved in when the place was first built brand new! I loved it! Lived here for year and half. Very clean & nice :)

Hello everyone, I'm here in this apartment since 03/22/2018, almost 2 years, it's also cheaper. I'm trying to move just because I want to be close to my family, and I'm alone for 2 beds and 2 baths . But without that never had a problem with anyone. Particularly the personnel staff. They are always ready to fixe if I need maintenance. As everywhere it is recommended to take care of the rooms we rent, so the property is normal. So I recommend to anyone who's looking for an apartment to contact the manager staff they are kind personnel

Unfortunately we do not have 1 bedroom apartments, we only have 2 and 3 bedroom. The rent for the 2 and 3 bedrooms is 2 bedroom $410/$595 and 3 bedroom $476/$645.

You have to put an application and go thru alot of paperwork before they can let you know if you qualify, but yes there is availability, my son moved out about 2 weeks ago
Glenlake pay for water and sewer...or you can say some kind of way it's incorporated in your rent...The only thing that you have to pay is your electric bill. I hope this helps.
Thank you for your question. There is currently a wait-list at Glen Lake Apartments, in order to apply you will need to go to the office and fill out an application to be put on the wait-list. They will then run a credit/criminal check and if you pass you will be added to the wait-list. Based on qualifications the rent for a 2 bedroom ranges from $410-$595 and our 3 bedroom is $476-$645.
