It's beside Party City. Same area as Publix and Office Depot 703 Greenville Blvd, Ste 104 (can also get to it from the Arlington entrance)

Do the sales staff hound you around after you let them know you are just looking and you will let them know when you need their assistance?

Some sales-people will dog you as long as you are in the store, not all the stores are like that. I find it refreshing when I tell a salesperson I will get their attention when I am ready to talk or come up with questions about an item, I am always put in a nice frame of mind when I hear that salesperson say "ok, and I will be happy to assist you then.
