if you're a mobile home investor please never ever buy a home from this park even if the park manager says you can do your business there, it's a set up and they'll put you in a tight corner that you'll have to sell your home for cheap to them or have to move it

Needs to be cleaned up and ownership changed. Owners don't care about tennants just the money.
