I would like to give zero reviews on this rating. Here's my story: I booked a room at this hotel sometime in April and chose the option to pay a little more the night of so I could cancel it for free if I needed. Saturday afternoon on 7/15/2022, my girlfriend and I got to the Hampton Inn location. I went in to pay and get the keys and the man at the desk told me my reservation wasn't there. I asked him to check again, found a confirmation number, and asked if I could speak to the manager. He informed me that I could not speak to the manager and that, even with a confirmation code, there was no booking. I showed him my confirmation emails, called the booking agency, and explained the situation to them. They called the hotel and told him exactly what to do. He was extremely rude to the booking agent. After the phone call, my girlfriend told him, "either give us a room for the price we booked it as or we will find another hotel." He responded, "Ok you can find another hotel." We left. Of note, I was wearing a shirt with a rainbow picture that said, "Love always wins." There is no way that this hotel wasn't booked. The only thing I can assume is that this hotel would not rent to queer couple. Discrimination at its finest. Do not stay at the Hampton Inn in Dickson, TN.

Clean hotel. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We would stay here again.

I have stayed here twice now and will definitely be back. It is very clean and has a great staff. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee is definitely good!

My grandson and I took a quick getaway. From arrival to departure we had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was perfect and well maintained. They no longer have a hot tub but the Sauna was perfect. The ladies prepared an excellent breakfast. The staff overall were welcoming and friendly. We will be back.
