I'm very nostalgic of this place because there used to be one in Racine, WI and now there's only one up in Germantown, WI and a bunch in MI, so when I found out there was one in Grand Rapids where I'd be staying for the weekend, I had to go. The food tasted really good and cane out pretty quickly considering it seemed staffing was low. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed myself here and would recommend going here.

We had to be in G.R. and I wanted a Slim Jim and hot fudge cake. Service was excellent, food was hot and delicious. Only gave 4 stars as there was some cleaning issues in restrooms

First time at this location, & about 20 or so years since I have ate at a Bob's Big Boy! I must say, it was just ok... The portions have definitely gotten smaller, the taste was just mehhh & the service {at least at this location} was something to be desired.... Don't think I missed much in the many years since I have been here. Not sure if I will return or not honestly.

The first trip I ever remember to a Big Boy restaurant. The place is well lit and clean. Service was extremely cheerful, but not in a cheesy way. Breakfast all day? You bet! Food was fine, fairly typical diner style eating. Easy access to the location with plenty of parking out back.
