The Salt Cave is a relaxing, enjoyable experience. The anti gravity chairs are comfortable, and the meditative music soothing. The staff are friendly and helpful, and inform you so there are no unpleasant surprises. If you want to get away from your electronics, this is the perfect place to escape.

Christina is the best, I fell asleep in the Salt cave twice! The foot detox is a service I highly recommend. This place has a very peaceful energy and great souvenirs!

No they have blanket and pillows for all if wanted You will fell great went you leave
You'll have to put your phone and other belongings in a locker. If you wear glasses or contacts, I would not take them in because the salty crust can scratch. Hydrate well and go to the bathroom before. I sit on a folded blanket for extra cushioning on the chair. You have to listen to the same cheesy recording about the origin of salt caves every time and the music is a little harsh for relaxing. The 45 min with the salt is good for your sinuses and lungs. The people in Murfreesboro are nice. The foot bath result is interesting.
