Overall, it was a great place, but they have issues. They really need to make repairs on the equipment. The balls get stuck constantly. Purchase new custom balls here, and they were damaged with gouges when the balls got stuck. Food bar constantly closes while you are there even while you are standing in line and don't reopen until it's time to leave. I'm not sure how they make any money.

Great little bowling alley for the serious bowler. Has a small bar and snack area, but not much else to distract you from bowling. Kind of a step back in time.

Went for a work event. They only had 1 person at the food counter! Long waits and trash customer service. The young man didn't even acknowledge me as he lethargicallly made the previous customers food. Knew I was patiently waiting ....but nothing smh. (don't know his name...had lip piercings and glasses, TERRIBLE cust service). I literally waited 20 min without him uttering a word to me. he had no smile. He actually scowled the entire time, moved slower than molasses...no sense of urgency...I'm pretty sure he didn't want to be there. Guess what, take your butt home..... Food wasn't good either...even for Bowling Alley food, pass... also the signage isn't great, drove in circles before I could finally see the sign. Not a lot of parking and you have to go downstairs and your cell service won't be great. Oh yea, unlike EVERY bowling alley in America, you cannot have any Drinks or Food in front of you where you bowl. You must keep those items on a small table BEHIND you..umm.maam sir. That's not safe and makes no sense whatsoever. only positive was the cheap beer and that attendant was actually friendly and FAST. I will not be back.

The floor was quite slippery. no curve balls and generally few bowling balls. Nice alley and good beer prices.

I wouldn't really say so since they assigned people to the lane beside us that shares a "desk" just as we were getting ready to leave. They didn't know we were leaving since we paid for unlimited.
