Real Quick Oil Change

I've been a consistent customer for 15 years and have had all sorts of work done by Real Quick, from transmission rebuild to routine maintenance on five vehicles. They replaced just about every part on my old pickup truck and were able to troubleshoot some difficult problems. I particularly enjoyed working with Allen when he was running the front office. When I started there Andy was the owner, and was good if not taciturn and hands-off. Chad owns the place now and does a good job and is much more involved in the everyday running of the business. That being said, they are much more limited in what they could do than in years past. For example, they no longer do transmission repairs whereas before they outsourced that rebuilt to a local shop at a very reasonable rate (it cost me $2,000 to rebuild the transmission in my Silverado). They don't do electrical work where I'd had that sort of work done there in the 2000's through the late 2010's. One thing I like is that they are pretty efficient with oil changes, inspections and tire work, and they work on a first come, first serve basis. Usually they can fit you in.

I stopped by this place to ensure they could do an oil change on my Audi A4. The lady at the front never asked car specs, although it was parked out front, she just ensured me it could be done. Had to get my son from the bus stop(in Rennert). Upon returning, with gas @$4.87/gal, She then tells me they cannot do the oil change on my car type. Also, I had my own oil and filter so this should not have been an issue.
