I parked at the lot on Hagan Street. I couldn't make the machine work, so I went in for about 10 minutes, less I think. When I returned I had a ticket -- $6.73 for the parking fee and $40.00 for the violation fee, which apparently all goes to the greedy owner. I suspect the man who wrote the ticket was on the back stoop of the bakery -- when I asked him he said he worked for the bakery. I am hoping Metro Nashville will revoke the owner's license to operate this business.

This is absolute robbery and the fees are way beyond what they should be. A $20 fee, okay. But $55 to park in a lot for 30-minutes? I would have a hard time sleeping if I operated this business.

Cosign what everyone else is saying. 5 minutes late and you're paying over $50 beyond the already exorbitant parking fees. Absolutely ridiculous.

They gave me a parking ticket within 2 minutes of me parking at a restaurant I've been going to for years, where previously I never needed to use this unnecessary and predatory company. This company is a blight on the city of Nashville. Congrats on being in the business of ruining people's days.
