Looking for peaceful building I'm 70yr old not handycap good health??? I am at the Radnor very disorganized building and bad mgt.

Park Manor is a nice retirement building that is very organized and has great management. Plenty of activities and ride assistant is provided by building to get to MD appts and etc

Are these low Income Apts? For Senior cezions?
