We hosted our Rewild Women's Retreat at River Island for the 2nd year in a row and continue to be blown away. The property is beautiful, the staff helpful, the Outpost area gets better and better and all of the women had an incredible time. We hope to have RIA the home of our retreat for years to come!

We had a fantastic time even thought the river didn't want to cooperate (wind versus current). It's a terrific venue. The owner went out of his way to make sure our experience was terrific. Highly recommend!

Even though the tubing didn't work out, Jeff made "lemonade out of lemons" and my sister, friend and i had a great time with lots of laughs! River Island is a Fantastic place, something for everyone. Thank you Jeff!

We do not serve alcohol at this time but feel free to bring your own. We also have delicious slushies where you can bring your own alcohol to add to it if you wish 🏝
Your dog must remain on a leash at all times and be cleaned up after, no animals are allowed inside our Glamping Tents.
We do not allow anyone under the age of 2yrs old to participate in water activities.

This group of 9 "customers" took spray paint from our work area on the island and spray painted graffiti ALL over our Escape River Island wood deck. It took us a few months to build this ourselves by hand and they ruined it within minutes causing over a thousand dollars worth of damage. While escorting them off the property once discovered they had the audacity to say that we hadn't told them they couldn't spray paint our property and asked for a refund of their money!!
