Each one of the ladies working there have a smile and offer great service. The cruise favorite drink so far sounds like it's the hulk. I haven't tried it yet but I'm going to next time. Keep up the good work, kudos everyone!

I was supposed to have an interview here for a general manager position at 9:30. Got here early, waited about ten fifteen minutes and not a soul in sight. It was like a ghost town in the parking lot. No interview, no one showed up. I wanted to ignore the reviews and give it a shot from an employee point of things but it was not worth it at all.

Normally great but the past few months they are randomly closed and never open when I stop by even though it’s during their posted hours of operation. Rather frustrating.

If I could give zero stars I would. This Smoothie King use to be amazing about a year or so ago. However now their smoothies are never made right. They make up their own hours, they are open when they feel like it. They are always closed for “maintenance.” I am surprised this business has not been shut down due to all its problems. It also sucks because it’s the only Smoothie King Jacksonville has. Do better!
