We used OTC for our wedding almost two years ago, and they made the most incredible bouquet for my wife. I decided this morning at 9am to surprise my wife with an arrangement similar to her bouquet from the wedding. Just a few hours later I got a message from my wife saying how she was crying at work and that they were beautiful. Could not have had a better experience with OTC. Super helpful, especially for a guy like me that doesn’t know much about flowers. They nailed it!

Nice facility, nice ladies, non informative and the head guy or owner has no customer service skills. You can’t handle a customer with the assumption that he was briefed on all of the steps by your employees and treat him like an incoherent dummy. Good thing this occasion was for my son’s Junior Prom. I would’ve turned everything down having to drive back for the most minor of things that weren’t ready as told. Will take my business and money elsewhere for his Senior Prom next year.
