Disappointed visit at the Belleville MI. Location. My previous Jets pizza experience back in March 2022 Sarasota FL. was perfect I always ask for extra pizza sauce because that is the only ingredient that really differentiates the taste of pizza. Florida Jets sauce was running down the sides of the cut squares = Perfect !! Belleville MI. store I asked hold the beef add extra sauce cook it well done. I'm not sure what happened maybe the pizza sauce evaporated and disappeared during the well done cycle. I threw half the 8 square away since after 4 slices I concluded they may have not put any pizza sauce on the pizza. This is strange though since their pizza box advertising indicates it's in the sauce or something along that tag line.

Very good Detroit style pizza with a robust sauce. Prices are reasonable especially when you consider the quality of the pizza. Staff have always been courteous and friendly.

Ordered from them on Valentine's day. Received the wrong pizza. I ordered 3 things: a small Jet10, a heart shaped bread, and a small pepperoni pizza. I received my order - lukewarm and greasy, with a cheese pizza, no pepperoni. Not only that, but this inedible piece of garbage was less than lukewarm, cold and greasy and looking like it had been made last year's Valentine's day. Called them, explained the situation, and was asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. Said yes and was put on hold. Less than 2 minutes later THE SAME PERSON - not a manager - came back on and said that the only thing that would be done was a $2 credit for the missed pepperoni. No apologies, nothing else. Will never order from them again.
