Went in yesterday day got a hair cut and ended up not getting anything I wanted. Dude that cut my hair was super respectful but didn’t have much experience, I hate to leave a bad review for Hugos, but this dude shouldn’t be cutting hair. I’ve been going to Hugos for a long time never have. I disliked a haircut until yesterday.

Nice atmosphere and facility. Pleasant barber. However, I didn't get the haircut I asked for (minus one star). But I'll try again next time I'm in the area.

Depends on the barber. Call to set up an appointment and ask if there is a particular barber that can.
My son is 11 and likes going to Hugo's, it's $18 for him to get a good low/medium fade the way he likes and they do a good job.
