Little Caesars Pizza

There's a saying that's something like "It is what it is" and that's why I rate this Little Caesar's 4 stars and not lower. It isn't fancy and doesn't have every topping I'd like, but I know not everyone likes anchovies, and things like that help them keep their prices relatively low. The location nearest to me has a drive-through so I order in advance online, and so far my pizza has been ready when the app has said it would be. It's a guilty pleasure (one I indulge in probably more often than I should).

I will preface this review with I love Lil Caesar's pizza. This location is absolutely unprofessional. They close the doors early almost every night. Tonight I pulled up at 9:20 pm. There is a pizza box covering the door saying drive thru only. Okay, not a problem. I drive around to order but no one answers me. So I drove back around to the front, there are 3 employees staring out the windows laughing at me and another person trying to get a hot pizza. I would have understood if it were 9:50/9:55 but it's not even 9:30. If you try calling the store be prepared to wait for eternity. They straight up don't answer the phone after 8:00 pm. It's too bad because my family and friends would eat there several times month if they actually put minimal effort at some customer service. Don't waste your time here.

3rd time I’ve tried to eat here. Hot and Ready always empty. Cashier clearly could care less that I’m disappointed. I don’t remember this chain being like this when I ate it growing up. Super disappointed. I finally got a cheese pizza that was burnt. Crazy bread was made fresh bc they didn’t have any hot n ready. It was good but make sure and order sauce as it does not come with the crazy bread or cheese sticks (I saw someone else have to come in and order after they had paid and walked out). Anyway, won’t be back to this establishment.
